Wait, got it… A man has been arrested for allegedly attacking another man with a sword, while not wearing any clothes. It’s a bit wordy, but at least it clears things up … somewhat.
According to WHAS 11…
“James Lyvers, 45, was arrested on South Third St. just after 6:30 a.m. Officers said they observed Lyvers running naked in the street, near Central and S. Third, wielding a sword.”
Lyvers is being charged with first degree assault, and is set to appear in court.
