Because, Why Not...

He'd been camped out inside the store for four days when they found him.
The teenager built two hidden compounds during his stay. One was behind a few stroller boxes, the other behind stacks of paper towels and toilet paper.
Customers that walked down the aisles apparently never noticed him, and neither did the store's employees.
Walmart spokesman Brian Nick told the Daily News they are investigating the situation. He said as soon as the child was discovered, they were concerned for his safety and contacted the appropriate authorities.
The boy told police he was so worried about getting caught he wore diapers instead of using the store restroom. The teen lived off food from the store, making a crack in the back of the drink aisle to steal beverages.
His trash trail eventually led to his discovery.
The boy had been staying with his aunt because his parents, who live in a neighboring city, were out of town. On July 28 he left the home while his aunt was watching television and she called the police.
