"Navaeh, born in Richmond Virginia, brought the edgy rock sounds to Music City, and along with it, their sophomore effort, And Then...There Was One. The overall sound speaks of Deftones meeting a 90's Grunge band like Nirvana or Soundgarden. The album opens up with the moody, soulful "Let Go," but quickly changes character with the second track "Unsatisfied" with the remaining three tracks to follow suit; gritty and raw. Most memorable tune: Both musically and lyrically, "Climb". If any of the five tracks could put the band on the map, this tune takes the lead. At the end of the day, Navaeh is rock n' roll, pure and simple. Of all of the local bands in music city, they are superior to most."
