Imagine you walk into work one morning, and everything seems normal. Until you notice the Opossum passed out on the floor next to an empty bottle of booze. Employees of Cash’s Liquor Store in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. The owner, Cash Moore said “She came in from the outside and was up in the rafters, and when she came through she knocked a bottle of liquor off the shelf,” Moore told Northwest Florida Daily. “When she got down on the floor she drank the whole damn bottle.” The Possum was brought in by a police officer, appeared pale and disoriented and was salivating excessively. The Possum also avoided the hangover that comes with downing a whole bottle of booze thanks to the IV fluids that were pumped in her thanks to the nice folks at Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge.
