Yep, it has been done. A company in Texas called Collective Brewing created a Peeps infused sour. When I first heard Peeps beer, I was like you and thought “NO WAY WOULD I TRY THAT!” Then I read it was a sour and thought, “hmm, that would be interesting.” Soooo celebrate Easter in style with a Peeps flavored beer….if you can make it to Dallas/Fort Worth before they sell out of it. PS-They tapped it Friday.
