Last week, Alter Bridge guitarist Mark Tremonti gifted a special needs fan with his guitar during a concert in Milan, Italy. Tremonti bought the young fan onstage. She held the guitar, waved and blew kisses as the crowd cheered.
Tremonti posted a video of the moment on his Instagram page. He captioned it, “I just have to share one of my happiest moments onstage. I hope she loves the guitar as much as we loved giving it to her. Thanks for an awesome night Milan!!” Watch the touching video below.
