When I was a kid getting off the school bus after the final day of school it was the happiest and most depressing day of the year for me. I was so happy to be done with school! At the same time so depressed,not because it would be months until I saw my friends again(screw those booger eaters). No, I was depressed because it was the last time I’d be able to say I’m the further away from starting school again until I got off the bus the next year. My tradition when I was a kid was to get inside and crank up Van Halen! I wish I would have done something like this kid. Holy crap, he needs an award for this, visit to the White House, carry the next Olympic torch or something. George Washington, Dolly Parton, and this kid are all nation treasures. Enjoy your summer break little dude and next year I look forward to seeing you drop the People’s Elbow on Grade 2!
