The Buzz is partnering with True Rescue with another feature for Highway To Home!
We’ll feature adoptable pets from True Rescue, who currently has over 300 pets in their care, including these cats from the North Carolina flood. The staff at the rescue has been in Asheville and the surrounding areas working tirelessly to bring back pets that have been displaced because of the flood from Hurricane Helene, as well as distributing donations to other rescues and shelters in the area. True Rescue is trying hard to find the space and accommodate the new cats they’ve brought in from the flood, so they need adoptions and donations now more than ever! In the video below, see some of the featured pets brought in from the flood, as well as some available pets that have been at the facility for a while too.
