No matter what age, there are always debates over tattoos. Where you should get them, what you should get, how people should feel about them, etc. However, in Arizona, there is much debate over this tattoo artists being able to legally give a nine-year-old girl a tattoo.
Usually, you have to be 18 to get a tattoo and in some states you can get one at 16 with a guardianβs consent but in Arizona, kids at any age can get one as long as the parents sign off on it.
Thatβs how this young girl was able to get an American flag permanently tattooed on her arm last year at just NINE years old after the artist talked her out of getting a portrait of Donald Trump on her neck. She recently came back and got the flag touched up at a whopping 10 years old.
Of course, folks within and outside of the tattoo community have opinions.
What do you think?
