A survey of 2,000 adults broke down the average American’s perfect day! An ideal day includes three hours of TV, three hours with family, a nap, an hour with pets, 84 minutes dedicated to hobbies, and just over an hour with friends. 11 p.m. was found to be the ideal bedtime. The average respondent thinks they’ll have 16 perfect days in 2025.
