Elton John is back at home following a brief hospitalization.

The 76-year-old singer fell at his home in the South of France on Sunday and was discharged on Monday.

The press release read:  “Following checkups, he was immediately discharged and is now back at home and in good health.”

Elton John and his husband David Furnish have been spending the summer in France with their two sons.
