I’ve seen some pretty badass tattoos related to rock bands. I’ve also seen some *questionable* ones… HA! If a band has made enough of an impact on your life for them to be inked on your body for the rest of your life, then I’m a fan!
But, which band has been the most inked? A band you’ve probably seen plenty of times tattooed on somebody.
Ultimate Classic Rock says that LLTattoo studied which rock bands inspire the most tattoos worldwide. According to this study, they “examined search volume data from Google Keyword Planner to uncover the volume of searches for tattoos of or inspired by the biggest rock artists of all time.”
The rock band to be recognized as the most inspiring for tattoos is Pink Floyd. They get a monthly average of 13,000 searches, according to the LLTattoo study. Right behind Pink Floyd was GNR with over 10,600 searches, Rammstin with 10,500 searches, and Metallica and Nirvana with just over 9,000 searches each. The Top 10 bands are below…
