We’ve established that Billy Ray Cyrus has quite the family, from Miley to Rachel Ray to the stingRAY that killed Steve Irwin, but it appears none of them thought to tell him one more (or any) rehearsal would have been a great idea. While people have differing opinions about who was performing, we can all agree Cyrus’ was hot garbage…to put it nicely.
