Linkin Park is known for changing up their sound practically every single album, but it seems like fans stay true to their first baby, Hybrid Theory, from 2000.
A better example is most recently when they just released a track called ‘Heavy’ last year, which is ironically cinflicting from the title. It’s a pretty pop-tastic track. So is ‘Invisible.’ Listen below if you wanna. Under this circumstance, this will bring up a lot of questions and comparisons to their more original work, like Hybrid Theory.
To that, Chester says,
“It’s a great record, we love it. Like, move the f*** on. You know what I mean? That’s why I guess it’s like, why are we still talking about Hybrid Theory? It’s f****** years ago.”
